If something happened, and your beer is undrinkable when it shows up, email us! 


It’s a good idea to accept damaged packages so that your crate doesn’t get sent back to us, which will slow down our ability to process your claim. And that way you can enjoy all the beer that’s still good! 


Please send pictures of the damage — both the beer and the box — and a brief description to support@tavour.com.


We’ll do our best to replace the beer (if that’s possible) or refund you (if it’s not). Please know that it can take a few months to get things sorted out.
