In the case that your beers shows up undrinkable, contact us at support@tavour.com! We will try our best to replace the beer if possible or refund you you. If possible, please send us pictures of the damage (both of the beer and the box), so that we can improve our packing process. 


We highly advise that you accept damaged packages from your carrier to prevent them from potentially getting sent back to us. This claim process can take a number of months. Plus, we want you to be able to enjoy the beers that weren't damaged! Oftentimes, it is just one or two beers that were damaged/leaking in the box when in fact all other beers are unharmed, ready to be enjoyed!
