Did you click the wrong beer or decide you want something different? No problem! You can cancel any beer within 3 days of ordering and receive a full refund! Pretty cool, right?
After you place your order, you can find a “cancel” button next to the beer in the “open crate” section of the app. Heads up, though — the button will only be there for one hour.
But don’t worry — if you want to cancel after the hour has passed, just shoot us an email at support@tavour.com and we’ll take care of it!
If you want to cancel an order after three days, you still can. However, you’ll only be refunded 50% unless there’s an extenuating circumstance.
Typically, refunds will post to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
